Our expertise is built upon 30 years of producing high quality, precision parts. Utilizing the latest CNC lathes and milling machines, together with an extremely talented group of machinists, we are able to produce intricate, high precision parts from prototypes to large volume production. We also offer a fully integrated CAD/CAM system.
The industries we serve are diverse, from subsea instruments to aerospace parts. Our focus is CNC machining of small, precise components. Quantities range from single prototype work to large volume production runs exceeding 10,000 pieces.
Under our Islander Reels Division, we manufacture and market a leading high-end fly fishing reel. We are able to pass on our strengths in product design, manufacturing and finishing to our customers.
Our 8,000 sq. ft. facility houses , 3 CNC Mills, 5 CNC Lathes, and 10 Manual Machines. We have 35 employees, and operate 18 hours per day. An Integrated CAD/CAM system, using Solidworks and Mastercam. Electronic files are imported directly into our programming stations, and then to our CNCs. Full design services are also available.
